摘要
在全科带教过程中,跟诊学习的西医全科实习生或全科规培医生,常有辨证与辨症的不解和疑惑。通过对“证”字与“症”字的解析,从而进一步对辨证与辨症的释惑,使得全科实习生或规培医生多一些对中医知识的了解,更好地在临床中实践,减少对中医的误解或莫名崇拜。以古释今,追寻证与症字从古至今的语义,尽可能全面了解字义,启示今之辨证与辨症。对证与症字的释疑解惑,了解证与症之异同,更近于古人辨证论治的严谨思维模式,明确理法方药的临床指导意义。为不懂中医,或对中医不甚明晰的后来者,指出祖国医学的明确方向。
