天麻钩藤饮加减治疗眩晕病肝阳上亢证的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of vertigo with Gan Yang Shang Kang

目的:分析天麻钩藤饮加减治疗眩晕病肝阳上亢证的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年10月收治眩晕病肝阳上亢证患者46例,随机分为两组,各23例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上给予天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候评分及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗眩晕病肝阳上亢证,可提高治疗效果,对临床症状有显著改善,并有效降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of vertigo with Gan Yang Shang Kang.Methods:From February 2017 to October 2019,46 patients with vertigo of Gan Yang Shang Kang were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 23 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of vertigo with Gan Yang Shang Kang can improve the treatment effect,significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
