桡动脉介入穿刺部位止血器在冠状动脉造影术后的应用及护理分析

Application and nursing analysis of hemostatic device at radial artery interventional puncture site after coronary angiography

目的:分析桡动脉介入穿刺部位止血器(TRB)在冠状动脉造影(CAG)术后护理中的应用效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治CAG术后患者130例,随机分为两组,各65例。两组均采取TRB止血;对照组采取常规护理;观察组实施围术期综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者满意度、舒适度及止血成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率及止血时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期综合护理在CAG患者采用TEB止血中的应用效果显著,可有效降低并发症发生率,改善止血效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of radial artery interventional puncture site hemostatic device(TRB)in postoperative nursing of coronary angiography(CAG).Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,130 patients with CAG were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with TRB hemostasis.The control group took conventional nursing.The observation group performed perioperative comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The satisfaction,comfort and success rate of hemostasis in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and hemostatic time in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative comprehensive nursing in CAG patients using TEB hemostasis application effect is significant,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the hemostasis effect.
