心理护理干预模式对接受血液净化治疗患者的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of psychological nursing intervention mode on patients receiving blood purification treatment

目的:分析心理护理干预模式在接受血液净化治疗患者中的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月接受血液净化治疗的患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规护理干预;研究组采取心理护理干预。比较两组患者心理状况及护理质量。结果:研究组干预后焦虑抑郁、悲观失望及恐惧评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组透析前血压达标率、水摄入控制率、血透常识知晓率、对护理人员服务态度及穿刺技术满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液净化治疗患者开展心理护理干预模式,能够有效改善患者不良心理状态,提升护理质量及患者满意度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention mode in patients receiving blood purification treatment.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,120 patients who received blood purification treatment were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients in each group.The control group took conventional nursing intervention.The study group adopted psychological nursing intervention.The psychological status and nursing quality between the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,pessimism and fear in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of blood pressure reaching the standard before dialysis,the control rate of water intake,the knowledge rate of hemodialysis,the service attitude of nursing staff and the satisfaction of puncture technique in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention mode for patients with blood purification treatment can effectively improve the poor psychological state of patients,improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
