自然分娩的无保护助产护理方式及效果观察

Nursing methods and effects observation of unprotected midwifery nursing during natural childbirth

目的:探讨对自然分娩产妇无保护助产护理的具体方法和应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年11月收治自然分娩产妇76例,依据助产护理方案分为两组,各38例。对照组给予常规助产护理;观察组给予无保护助产护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组会阴侧切率及会阴损伤率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后会阴轻度疼痛率高于对照组,中度、重度疼痛率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第二、第三产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对自然分娩产妇采用无保护助产护理,有利于加快产妇的产程进展,降低会阴损伤率和疼痛度,且有助于预防新生儿窒息的发生。

Objective:To explore the specific methods and application effects of unprotected midwifery nursing for women with natural childbirth.Methods:From January 2019 to November 2020,76 cases of natural childbirth were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the midwifery care plan with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery care.The observation group was given unprotected midwifery care.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The rate of lateral resection of the perineum and the rate of perineal injury in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of postpartum perineal mild pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rates of moderate and severe pain were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of unprotected midwifery care for women who give birth in a natural way can help accelerate the progress of the mother's labor,reduce the rate of perineal injury and pain,and help prevent the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia.
