家庭医生签约服务在老年高血压患者社区护理管理中的效果及依从性评价

Effect and compliance evaluation of family doctor contracted service in community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension

目的:分析家庭医生签约服务应用于老年高血压患者社区护理管理中的效果及依从性。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月社区老年高血压患者94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组给予常规社区护理模式;研究组实施家庭医生签约服务。比较两组护理效果、血压水平及护理依从性。结果:研究组护理总有效率及依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后舒张压和收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生签约服务应用于老年高血压患者社区护理管理中的效果较好,能改善患者血压指标水平,提升患者护理依从性。

Objective:To analyze the effect and compliance of family doctor contract service in community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,94 elderly patients with hypertension in the community were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine community nursing mode.The study group implemented the contracted service of family doctors.We compared the nursing effect,blood pressure level and nursing compliance between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and compliance rate of nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after nursing,the average diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of family doctor contract service in community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension is good,it can improve patients'blood pressure index level and improve patients'nursing compliance.
