无缝隙衔接绿色通道护理对急性心肌梗死患者急救时间和救治成功率的改善效果

The effect of seamless connection of green channel nursing on improving first aid time and success rate of treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:研究无缝隙衔接绿色通道护理对急性心肌梗死患者急救时间和救治成功率的改善效果。方法:2015年1月-2018年12月收治急性心肌梗死患者82例,按收治时间不同分为两组,各41例。对照组给予常规急救护理干预;研究组在常规急救护理基础上实施无缝隙衔接绿色通道护理干预。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组第一急救时间、疾病确诊时间及心肌再灌注时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组救治成功率略高于对照组,而病死率及心脏不良事件发生率均略低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:为急性心肌梗死患者实施无缝隙衔接绿色通道护理干预,可缩短急救时间,为患者争取宝贵的抢救时间,提高救治成功率,避免心脏不良事件的发生,从而降低病死率。

Objective:To study the effect of seamless connection of green channel nursing on improving first aid time and success rate of treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2018,82 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the time of admission with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency care intervention.The study group implemented seamlessly connected green channel nursing intervention on the basis of routine emergency care.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The first emergency time,disease diagnosis time,and myocardial reperfusion time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of treatment in the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group,while the fatality rate and the incidence of adverse cardiac events were slightly lower than those of the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of seamless green channel nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction can shorten the emergency time,gain valuable rescue time for patients,increase the success rate of treatment,avoid the occurrence of adverse cardiac events,and reduce the mortality rate.
