摘要
目的:研究将人性化护理应用于口腔门诊患者中的作用与效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月口腔门诊患者94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组给予常规性护理;观察组在常规性护理基础上应用人性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔门诊护理工作中应用人性化护理,能够提升患者满意率,并降低SAS评分、SDS评分,减少各类护理差错的发生,能够获得更为理想的效果,促进疾病康复。
Objective:To study the role and effect of humanized nursing applied to oral outpatient patients.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,94 oral outpatients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing.The observation group received humanized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in oral outpatient nursing work can improve the satisfaction rate of patients,and reduce the SAS score,SDS score,reduce the occurrence of various nursing errors,can get more ideal effect,promote disease recovery.
