Application value of high quality nursing service in disinfection supply center in clinic

目的:探讨消毒供应中心优质护理服务的应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年2月消毒供应中心工作人员26名,作为对照组,实施常规护理。选取2020年3月-2020年7月消毒供应中心工作人员27名,作为观察组,实施优质护理服务。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组医疗器械处理合格率、护理满意度及专科护理质量均高于对照组,工作人员压力评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务在消毒供应中心具有较高的应用价值,可有效提高护理满意度与专科护理质量,提升医疗器械处理合格率,降低工作人员压力。

Objective:To explore the application value of high quality nursing service in disinfection supply center in clinic.Methods:From October 2019 to February 2020,26 staff of the disinfection supply center were selected as the control group to implement routine nursing.From March 2020 to July 2020,27 staff of the disinfection supply center were selected as the observation group to implement high-quality nursing services.We compared the application effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the qualified rate of medical device treatment,nursing satisfaction and specialist nursing quality were higher than those in the control group,and the stress score of staff was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing service has high application value in disinfection supply center,it can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and specialist nursing quality,improve the qualified rate of medical device treatment,and reduce staff pressure.
