摘要
目的:分析北京市金融街社区卫生服务中心社区护士人力资源情况,为社区护士人力资源建设提供建议。方法:利用《2019年北京市卫生工作统计资料》,结合2015-2019年该社区中心护士基本信息、护理工作量及培训工作,分析该社区中心护理人力资源管理中存在的问题。结果:该社区中心护理人才招聘、管理制度需完善,护理信息化及护理安全管理需推进,社区护士系统化、个体化、专业化培训需加强。结论:通过优化护理人力资源结构,加强护理管理及培训工作,可以提升社区护理人力资源素质,改善社区护理工作质量。
Objective:To analyze the human resources of community nurses in Beijing financial street community health service center,and to provide suggestions for the construction of human resources of community nurses.Methods:Based on the statistics of health work in Beijing in 2019,combined with the basic information of nurses,nursing workload and training work of the community center from 2015 to 2019,the problems in the management of nursing human resources in the community center were analyzed.Results:The recruitment and management system of nursing talents in the community center should be improved,the nursing informatization and nursing safety management should be promoted,and the systematic,individual and professional training of community nurses should be strengthened.Conclusion:By optimizing the structure of nursing human resources,strengthening nursing management and training,the quality of community nursing human resources and the quality of community nursing work can be improved.
