摘要
目前我国临床上对于全科医生岗位培训的临床培养模式多选择单一导师模式,导师则由轮转科室教学秘书和社区医院的教学人员担任。传统单一导师模式无法满足全科岗位培训要求,难以培养全科医生的全科临床思维。随着时代的发展,以全科思维、临床能力为导向的双导师制度在临床上广泛使用,即第一责任导师是全科医学科的教学秘书,第二导师是轮转科室教学秘书和社区医院的教学人员,以培养并引导全科住院医师的全科思维。
At present,the clinical training model for general practitioners'job training in clinical practice in my country mostly chooses a single mentor model.The mentors are the teaching secretaries of rotating departments and teaching staff of community hospitals.The traditional single mentor model cannot meet the requirements of general practice on-the-job training,and it is difficult to cultivate general practitioners'general clinical thinking.With the development of the times,the dual mentor system based on general practice thinking and clinical ability is widely used in clinical practice,that is,the first responsible mentor is the teaching secretary of the general medicine department,and the second mentor is the teaching secretary of the rotating department and the community hospital,to cultivate and guide the general practice thinking of general resident physicians.
