我院注射用非甾体类抗炎药使用情况调查

Investigation on the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for injection in our hospital

目的:调查本院非甾体类抗炎药注射剂的应用情况。方法:对2020年9-11月使用非甾体类抗炎药注射剂的病历进行分析。结果:使用非甾体类抗炎药注射剂1065份,不合理病历832例。选药不适宜、用法用量不适宜、联合用药不适宜等现象均视为不合理用药的表现。结论:本院非甾体类抗炎药注射剂合理使用有较大改进空间,应保障患者用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug injection in our hospital.Methods:Medical records of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug injections used between September and November 2020 were analyzed.Results:1065 injections of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were used,there were 832 cases of unreasonable medical records.Improper drug selection,improper usage and dosage,and improper drug combination are regarded as the manifestations of irrational drug use.Conclusion:Rational use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs injection has great room for improvement,and the safety of drug use should be guaranteed.
