经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic push compression fractures

目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月收治老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组进行保守治疗,观察组使用经皮椎体成形术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Cobb角明显小于对照组,伤椎前缘高度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS疼痛评分及ODI评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效显著,能有效恢复椎体高度和弧度,减轻腰部疼痛,促进腰部功能的好转。

Objective:To explore the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic push compression fractures.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,78 elderly patients with osteoporotic push compression fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative treatment.The observation group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cobb angle of the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group after treatment,and the height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebrae was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain score and ODI score after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty is effective in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic push compression fractures.It can effectively restore the height and curvature of the vertebral body,reduce lumbar pain,and promote the improvement of lumbar function.
