无痛支气管镜介入球囊扩张对气管结核性狭窄临床治疗有效性及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety of painless bronchoscopic interventional balloon dilatation in the treatment of tracheal tuberculous stenosis

目的:分析气管结核性狭窄应用无痛支气管镜介入球囊扩张治疗的临床有效性及安全性。方法:2016年3月-2021年3月收治气管结核性狭窄患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组应用常规手术治疗,试验组应用无痛支气管镜介入球囊扩张治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术中呼吸频率、心率及平均动脉压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后呼吸频率及平均动脉压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术中屏气、缺氧、呛咳等不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气管结核性狭窄应用无痛支气管镜介入球囊扩张治疗的临床疗效显著,能降低患者术中呼吸频率、心率及平均动脉压,并减少不良反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of painless bronchoscopic interventional balloon dilatation in the treatment of tracheal tuberculous stenosis.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2021,80 patients with tracheal tuberculous stenosis were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine surgery.The experimental group was treated with painless bronchoscopic interventional balloon dilatation.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the intraoperative respiratory rate,heart rate and mean arterial water pressure were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the postoperative respiratory rate and mean arterial water pressure were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions such as breath holding,hypoxia and choking during operation was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of painless bronchoscopic interventional balloon dilatation in the treatment of tracheal tuberculous stenosis is significant,it can reduce the respiratory rate,heart rate and mean arterial pressure during operation,and reduce adverse reactions.
