采用腹腔镜阑尾炎手术治疗阑尾炎的效果观察

Observation on the effect of laparoscopic appendicitis surgery for appendicitis

目的:观察应用腹腔镜阑尾炎手术治疗阑尾炎的效果。方法:2019年5月-2020年10月收治急性阑尾炎患者82例,利用双盲法分为两组,各41例。对照组行开腹阑尾炎手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜阑尾炎手术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组术后白细胞计数、C反应蛋白及中性粒细胞等指标水平均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术用时、术中失血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、手术切口大小及住院时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创口感染、术后瘢痕、腹腔脓肿及肠梗阻的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜进行阑尾炎手术治疗疗效显著,能够缩短手术时间,提高患者恢复速度,降低术后并发症发生率,提升生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis.Methods:From May 2019 to October 2020,82 patients with acute appendicitis were selected and divided into two groups by double-blind method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received open surgery for appendicitis.The observation group received laparoscopic appendicitis surgery.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and neutrophils in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Operation time,intraoperative blood loss volume,gastrointestinal function recovery time,time out of bed,incision size and hospital stay in the observation group were all lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of wound infection,postoperative scar,abdominal abscess and intestinal obstruction in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendicitis surgery is effective in treating appendicitis.It can shorten the operation time,improve the recovery speed of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life.
