糖尿病视网膜病变采用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗的症状转归分析

Analysis of symptom outcome of diabetic retinopathy treated with fundus laser combined with ranibizumab

目的:评价眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年6月收治糖尿病视网膜病变患者62例,根据不同治疗方式分为两组,各31例。对照组接受眼底激光治疗,观察组运用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗展开治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组视力总改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眼底出血、视网膜水肿及眼底渗出等症状改善时间均短于对照组,黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虽然眼底激光治疗可加速视网膜微血管瘤、新生血管消退,改善视网膜灌注情况,但该手术方式具有一定损伤性,需根据患者情况选用合适方式进行治疗。对糖尿病视网膜病变患者运用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗的效果确切,可有效提高视力水平,改善视网膜水肿、眼底出血等临床症状。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of fundus laser combined with ranibizumab in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2020,62 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment methods with 31 cases in each group.The control group received fundus laser treatment.The observation group was treated with fundus laser combined with ranibizumab.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total improvement rate of visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to improve symptoms such as fundus hemorrhage,retinal edema,and fundus exudation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the thickness of the foveal retina in the macular fovea was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although fundus laser treatment can accelerate the regression of retinal microvascular tumors and neovascularization and improve retinal perfusion,this operation method has certain damage,so it is necessary to select an appropriate method for treatment according to the patient's situation.The effect of using fundus laser combined with ranibizumab on patients with diabetic retinopathy is definite,which can effectively improve visual acuity and improve clinical symptoms such as retinal edema and fundus hemorrhage.
