左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平在小儿癫痫治疗中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of children with epilepsy

目的:观察应用左乙拉西坦+奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫的效果。方法:2020年1月-2021年1月收治癫痫患儿94例,随机分为两组,各47例。观察组给予左乙拉西坦+奥卡西平治疗,对照组给予奥卡西平治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、癫痫发作次数及癫痫持续时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总智商(FIQ)、语言智商(VIQ)及操作智商(PIQ)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM水平均低于对照组,CD3+、CD4+水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦+奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫的效果显著,可有效改善患儿智力以及免疫功能水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the effect of levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,94 children with epilepsy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 47 cases in each group.The observation group was given levetiracetam and oxcarbazepine treatment.The control group was given oxcarbazepine.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization,the number of seizures and the duration of epilepsy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total intelligence quotient(FIQ),language intelligence quotient(VIQ)and operational intelligence quotient(PIQ)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine has a significant effect in the treatment of children with epilepsy,which can effectively improve the children's intelligence and immune function,and has a high safety.
