雌孕激素联用对改善药物流产后阴道出血的临床效果观察研究

Clinical effect of combination of estrogen and progesterone on improving vaginal bleeding after drug abortion

目的:研究雌孕激素联合用于药物流产后阴道出血的价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年10月收治药物流产后阴道出血患者80例,随机分为两组。研究组采取雌孕激素联合疗法,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后孕酮水平低于对照组,雌激素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组大量阴道出血比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组出血时间及月经复潮时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于药物流产后阴道出血中运用雌孕激素联合疗法,利于出血情况的控制及激素水平的改善,缩短月经复潮时间。

Objective:To study the value of combination of estrogen and progesterone in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.Methods:From January 2019 to October 2020,80 patients with vaginal bleeding after drug abortion were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with combination of estrogen and progesterone.The control group was treated with routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the progesterone level was lower than that in the control group,and the estrogen level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of massive vaginal bleeding in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding time and menstrual rehydration time in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the vaginal bleeding after drug abortion,the combined therapy of estrogen and progesterone is conducive to the control of bleeding and the improvement of hormone level,and shorten the time of menstrual rehydration.
