探讨谷氨酰胺对肠息肉术后人工溃疡的治疗价值

To investigate the value of glutamine in the treatment of artificial ulcer after operation of intestinal polyps

目的:探讨谷氨酰胺对肠息肉术后人工溃疡的治疗价值。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月经内镜下切除肠息肉的术后患者57例,应用随机数字法分为两组。观察组术后外源性补充谷氨酰胺,对照组术后自然愈合。于术后1个月复查肠镜观察肠黏膜修复情况并分级。结果:两组术后黏膜愈合状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肠息肉术后人工溃疡自然愈合快,口服谷氨酰胺颗粒可用于大肠息肉术后的辅助治疗,但非必须用药。

Objective:To investigate the value of glutamine in the treatment of artificial ulcer after operation of intestinal polyps.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,57 postoperative patients who underwent endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was supplemented with glutamine after operation.The control group healed naturally after operation.One month after operation,the repair of intestinal mucosa was observed and graded by enteroscopy.Results:There was no significant difference in postoperative mucosal healing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The natural healing of artificial ulcer after intestinal polyp operation is fast.Oral glutamine granules can be used for adjuvant treatment after colorectal polyp operation,but it is not necessary.
