右美托咪定应用于无痛胃镜中的麻醉临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia in painless gastroscopy

目的:分析右美托咪定用于无痛胃镜诊断中的麻醉效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年7月进行无痛胃镜检查患者68例,奇偶法分为两组。对照组应用丙泊酚麻醉,观察组应用右美托咪定联合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组入镜前即刻(T_(1))、内镜到达终点时(T_(2))的平均动脉压(MAP)及血氧饱和度水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组意识消失时间、唤醒苏醒时间及丙泊酚注射疼痛发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行无痛胃镜检查患者施以右美托咪定联合丙泊酚麻醉的整体效果显著,起效时间和苏醒时间较迅速,对循环和呼吸的影响均低于单纯使用丙泊酚;右美托咪定联合丙泊酚还可以显著减轻丙泊酚注射疼痛情况,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective:To analyze the anesthesia effect of dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscopy diagnosis.Methods:From March 2020 to July 2021,68 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy were selected,they were divided into the two groups usingthe odd-even method.The control group was anesthetized with propofol.The observation group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with propofol.We compared the effects of anesthesia between the two groups.Results:The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and blood oxygen saturation level of the observation group immediately before entering the endoscopy(T_(1))and when the endoscopy reached the end(T_(2))were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of loss of consciousness,wake-up time and propofol injection pain in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients undergoing painless gastroscopy,the overall effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol anesthesia is significant,the onset time and wake-up time are faster,and the effects on circulation and breathing are lower than that of propofol alone.Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol can also significantly reduce the pain of propofol injection,and the incidence of adverse reactions is also low.
