中医耳穴压贴与针灸技术对社区老年性高血压进行治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine auricular plaster and acupuncture on senile hypertension in community

目的:分析中医耳穴压贴与针灸技术治疗社区老年性高血压的临床效果。方法:2019年3月-2020年10月收治老年性高血压患者101例,随机分为两组。对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组在针灸基础上采用耳穴压贴治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年性高血压患者采用中医耳穴压贴联合针灸治疗,相较于单独针灸治疗,更有利于提高临床疗效,改善患者血压水平,更具有优势。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine auricular plaster and acupuncture on senile hypertension in community.Methods:From March 2019 to October 2020,101 patients with senile hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acupuncture.The observation group was treated with auricular plaster on the basis of acupuncture.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with acupuncture and moxibustion alone,for elderly patients with hypertension,using traditional Chinese medicine auricular plaster combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is more conducive to improve the clinical curative effect and improve the blood pressure level of patients.
