应用名老中医赵继福自制保和汤治疗老年功能性消化不良临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of senile functional dyspepsia with the self-made Baohe decoction by the famous veteran teran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine Zhao Jifu

目的:探讨名老中医赵继福自制保和汤治疗老年功能性消化不良临床效果。方法:2020年2月-2021年2月收治老年功能性消化不良患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采用基础干预联合盐酸伊托必利片治疗,观察组在基础干预联合盐酸伊托必利片基础上应用名老中医赵继福自制保和汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗2周后的各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用名老中医赵继福自制保和汤治疗老年功能性消化不良患者,可改善胃痞、脾虚气滞中医证候积分,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,且不会增加不良反应的发生风险。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Baohe decoction by the famous veteran teran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine Zhao Jifu in the treatment of senile functional dyspepsia(stuffiness of stomach,spleen deficiency and qi stagnation).Methods:From February 2020 to February 2021,72 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic intervention combined with itopride hydrochloride tablets.The observation group was treated with the self-made Baohe decoction by the famous veteran teran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine Zhao Jifu on the basis of basic intervention combined with itopride hydrochloride tablets.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the observation group after two weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the observation group after two weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made Baohe decoction by the famous veteran teran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine Zhao Jifu for the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(stuffiness of stomach,spleen deficiency and qi stagnation),relieve anxiety and depression,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
