急性脑梗死合并感染患者抗氧化能力、血小板参数的变化研究

Study on the changes of anti-oxidation ability and platelet parameters in patients with acute cerebral infarction and infection

目的:分析合并感染的急性脑梗死患者血小板参数以及抗氧化能力变化情况。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年8月合并感染的急性脑梗死患者65例,作为观察组;选取同期未合并感染的急性脑梗死患者65例,作为对照组。检测两组患者血小板参数及抗氧化能力。结果:观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)水平均明显低于对照组,血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均容积(MPV)、大型血小板比率(P-LCR)水平均高于对照组,血小板计数(PLT)水平也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中度、重度感染患者的血小板参数、抗氧化能力指标变化幅度明显大于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且与中度感染患者相比,重度感染患者各项指标水平更差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合并感染的急性脑梗死患者血小板参数、抗氧化能力会发生明显改变,且其改变程度与感染程度密切相关。

Objective:To analyze the changes of platelet parameters and antioxidant capacity in patients with acute cerebral infarction and infected.Methods:From September 2018 to August 2019,65 patients with acute cerebral infarction and infection were selected as the observation group.65 patients with acute cerebral infarction without infection during the same period were selected as the control group.We tested the platelet parameters and antioxidant capacity of the two groups of patients.Results:The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The platelet volume distribution width(PDW)and average platelet volume(MPV),the large platelet ratio(P-LCR)level was higher than the control group,and the platelet count(PLT)level was also lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The changes in platelet parameters and antioxidant capacity of moderately and severely infected patients were significantly greater than those of mildly infected patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And compared with patients with moderate infections,patients with severe infections had worse levels of various indicators,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The platelet parameters and antioxidant capacity of patients with acute cerebral infarction and infected will change significantly,and the degree of change is closely related to the degree of infection.
