探讨护理标识在重症监护室护理安全管理中的应用效果

To explore the effect of nursing identification in nursing safety management in intensive care unit

目的:分析护理标识在重症监护室护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2020年10月重症监护室收治患者500例,按照入院时间前后顺序分为两组。2019年5月前入院患者纳入对照组,给予常规护理管理;2019年5月后入院患者纳入观察组,增加护理标识管理。比较两组护理风险事件发生率及患者满意率。结果:观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在重症监护室护理安全管理中采取护理标识管理方案,可以降低护理风险事件发生率,提高患者护理满意率,临床应用效果好。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing identification in nursing safety management in intensive care unit.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2020,500 patients admitted to the intensive care unit were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the admission time.Patients admitted before May 2019 were included in the control group and given routine nursing management.After May 2019,the hospitalized patients were included in the observation group to increase the management of nursing identification.We compared the incidence of nursing risk events and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing safety management of intensive care unit,the adoption of nursing identification management scheme can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,and the clinical application effect is good.
