鼻内镜下射频治疗顽固性鼻出血50例的护理构架

Nursing framework of 50 cases of intractable epistaxis treated by radiofrequency under nasal endoscope

目的:研究优质护理对接受鼻内镜下射频治疗的顽固性鼻出血患者的影响。方法:2018年11月-2020年11月收治行鼻内镜下射频治疗的顽固性鼻出血患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上增加优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组止血时间、鼻腔填塞时间、黏膜损伤修复时间及住院时间等均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后VAS评分、SAS评分及SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理对接受鼻内镜下射频治疗的顽固性鼻出血患者的影响较为显著,可提高临床护理质量。

Objective:To study the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with intractable epistaxis treated by radiofrequency under nasal endoscope.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2020,100 patients with intractable epistaxis treated by radiofrequency under nasal endoscope were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group added high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the hemostasis time,nasal packing time,mucosal injury repair time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,VAS score,SAS score and SDS score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high-quality nursing on patients with intractable epistaxis treated by radiofrequency under nasal endoscope is significant,it can improve the quality of clinical nursing.
