摘要
目的:探究多形式健康教育对消除HPV患者负面情绪及自我负担的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年12月子宫颈癌筛查中HPV-H检测为阳性的患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组进行常规口头宣教,试验组采用多种形式健康宣教,比较两组应用效果。结果:试验组患者相关知识掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣教结束后,试验组患者抑郁与焦虑评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过多种形式并行的方式对HPV患者进行健康宣教,在改善患者自身不良心理状况方面有着显著效果。
Objective:To explore the effects of multi form health education on negative emotion and self perceived burden of HPV positive patients.Methods:From March 2018 to December 2019,110 patients with HPV-H positive in cervical cancer screening were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine oral education.The experimental group adopted various forms of health education.We compared the application effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,patients'mastery of relevant knowledge was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the education,the scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through various forms of health education for HPV patients,it has a significant effect on improving their own bad psychological status.
