摘要
针对棒材厂二棒生产线存在冷床传动轴断轴和电机烧损的现象,进行了断轴原因分析,并校核了最小轴径的扭转强度和刚度,获得最小安全轴径。通过冷床传动轴断轴原因分析及相应工艺优化,使设备性能与现阶段产量匹配,同时达到精品棒材的生产要求,并取得了良好的经济效益。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the transmission shaft of cooling bed is broken and the motor is burned in the second bar production line of bar mill,the reason for the broken shaft is analyzed,and the torsional strength and stiffness of the minimum shaft diameter are checked to obtain the minimum safe shaft diameter.Through the analysis of the reason for the broken shaft of the cooling bed drive shaft and the corresponding process optimization,the performance of the equipment is matched with the current output,and at the same time,the production requirements of fine bar are met,and good economic benefits are obtained.
