人力资本对安徽省经济增长贡献的实证分析

Empirical Study of Contribution of Human Capital to the Economic Growth of Anhui Province

本文旨在分析人力资本与安徽省经济增长之间的关系。在柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型的基础上,加入了人力资本相关数值用以研究人力资本对安徽省经济增长贡献的影响。通过引入2008年至2017年10年间安徽省年度GDP、固定资产投资额、年度就业人数以及人力资本总存量等变量进行线性回归分析。从分析结果可以发现,人力资本对于安徽省的整体经济发展有着积极的推动作用,但是人力资本对于经济增长的推动能力还没有体现出来。基于研究结果提出三点建议。第一,建议提高安徽政府对于教育的财政支出和支持力度。第二,建议大力发展职业教育。第三,建议制定相关人才吸引和保留政策。

This paper aims to analyze the relationship between human capital and economic growth in Anhui Province. The study adopts Cobb-Douglas production model added with the values of human capital to study the influence of human capital on the economic growth of Anhui. The linear regression analysis is done by introducing the variables of annual GDP,fixed assets investment,annual employment and total human capital stock of Anhui Province from the period from 2008 to 2017. According to the analysis result,human capital has a positive effect on promoting the overall economic development of Anhui Province,but its role has not been fully manifested. Based on the analysis,three suggestions are offered: to improve the financial expenditure on and support to education,to develop vocational education,to formulate policies to attract and retain talents.
