从中医瘀病角度辨治特发性肺纤维化

Discussion on pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from the perspective of blood stasis and traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods

特发性肺纤维化是临床中常见的呼吸系统疾病,其临床发病率高,而又因缺乏有效的治疗手段,病情常呈进行性发展,预后往往偏差。从中医理论看来,其发病因素以“瘀”为主,其病机以“肺络痹阻”为根本,因此运用中医特色辨证论治方法,从瘀出发浅谈特发性肺纤维化的治疗思路与方法,以期为临床提供参考,发挥中医药治疗特色,进一步扩宽特发性肺纤维化的治疗手段。

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a common respiratory disease in clinical practice.Its clinical incidence rate is high,and because of lack of effective treatment,the disease often develops progressively,and the prognosis is often deviant.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenic factor is mainly“blood stasis”,and its pathogenesis is based on“obstruction of lung collaterals”.Therefore,the treatment ideas and methods of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis are discussed from the perspective of blood stasis by using the syndrome differentiation and treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for clinical practice,give play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and further expand the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
