基于“阳化气,阴成形”探讨火针治疗肿瘤

Disussion on the treatment of tumor by fire needle based on“yang transforming qi and yin forming”

“阳化气,阴成形”理论可以用于解释肿瘤形成的根本原因。基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论指导中药治疗肿瘤已取得了显著疗效,火针治疗各类肿瘤临床疗效显著,且具有其独特优势。目前火针治疗肿瘤的理论依据大体为火针具有温经通络、化瘀去结等功效,以及火针止痛等。文章认为“阳化气,阴成形”理论可以作为火针治疗肿瘤的有力理论依据,在该理论指导下,火针可以从根本上治疗肿瘤,从而取得更好的临床疗效。文章将基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论,探讨火针治疗肿瘤可能的理论依据,希望可以将火针疗法治疗肿瘤推广应用并为广大医者同仁带来一些启发。

The theory of“yang transforming qi and yin forming”can be used to explain the root cause of tumor formation.Based on the theory of“yang transforming qi and yin forming”,Chinese traditional medicine has achieved remarkable curative effect in treating tumors,and fire needle has remarkable clinical effect in treating all kinds of tumors,and has its unique advantages.At present,the theoretical basis of fire needle treatment of tumor is as follows:fire needle has the functions of warming channels and collateralization,removing blood stasis,fire needle for pain,and so on.However,the author believes that the theory of“yang transforming qi and yin forming”can be used as a powerful theoretical basis for treating tumors with fire needles.Under the guidance of this theory,the fire needle can treat tumor from the root,so as to achieve better clinical efficacy.Based on the theory of“yang transforming qi and yin forming”,this paper will discuss the theoretical basis that the fire needle can treat tumor.It is hoped that this article can promote the application of fire needle therapy in treating tumors and bring some inspirations to the doctors.
