针刺疗效与留针及针刺间隔时间关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between acupuncture curative effect and acupuncture retention and interval time

时间因素是影响针刺疗效的众多因素之一,随着针灸学的发展,关于针刺时间因素与疗效关系的研究越来越受到重视。文章通过搜集近年来研究针刺时效关系的相关文献,主要从留针时间与针刺间隔时间两个方面对针灸时效关系进行综述,研究发现留针时间和针刺间隔时间对针刺疗效有一定影响,同时提出了目前研究所存在的问题及展望,以期提升针灸临床疗效,促进针灸学的传承与发展。

Time factor is one of many factors that affect the efficacy of acupuncture.With the development of acupuncture,the research on the relationship between acupuncture time factor and curative effect has attracted more and more attention.Based on the collection of relevant literature on the relationship between acupuncture and time effect in recent years,this article mainly summarizes the relationship of acupuncture time-effects from two aspects:needle retention time and acupuncture interval time.It is found that the needle retention time and the acupuncture interval time have a certain impact on the efficacy of acupuncture.At the same time,this article points out the problems in the current research and puts forward personal prospects in order to improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and promote the inheritance and development of acupuncture.
