摘要
行业博物馆已成为我国博物馆事业发展中的重要力量,既面临重大发展契机,也面临内向业务和外向联系的双重挑战。为突破"文化孤岛"特性,行业博物馆应当自觉从"文化机构"转型为"文化中枢",充分发挥行业独特优势,突破馆区、主动出击,努力打造成为可持续传承、跨时空链接的文化中枢;多方位跨界、各领域融合的文化中枢;增文化自信、促交流互鉴的文化中枢。
The industrial museum has become an important force in the development of the museum industry in China. It faces grand opportunities as well as the double challenges of the inward practice and the outward communication. In order to break up the characteristic of a "cultural dessert island", the industrial museum should conscientiously transform itself from a "cultural institution" to a "cultural hub", by ways of making full use of its special advantages, breaking through the boundary of the site, and stepping forward initiatively. The cultural hub should be featured with sustainable inheritance, link across time and space, all-round crossover, multiple-field fusion, which helps increase cultural confidence and exchanges.
