铝灰高附加值利用研究现状

Research status of high value-added utilization of aluminum dross

铝灰是生产或加工铝制品过程中所产生的一种固体废弃物,含有大量的有价元素,是极具潜力的二次资源。本文结合近年来国内外最新的研究进展,概述了铝灰中有效组分的回收现状,包括铝、氧化铝、无机盐等元素的回收;总结了利用铝灰制备建筑材料、耐火材料、炼钢改质剂、絮凝剂、铝质化合物等高附加值产品的进展;同时,展望了其应用发展的前景。

Aluminum dross is an industrial solid waste produced during the production and processing of aluminum products.It contains a large amount of valent element,and it is a potential secondary resource.Based on the recent research progress at home and abroad,this paper briefly reviews the current status of the recovery of effective components of aluminum dross,including the recovery of aluminum,alumina and inorganic salts in aluminum dross.It also summarizes the research progress in the preparation of building materials,refractory materials,steelmaking modifiers,flocculants and aluminum compounds by using aluminum dross.Simultaneously,it looks forward to the application development prospect of aluminum dross.
