稀土光谱分析缓冲剂的选择及机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文就若干种阳离子及阴离子对稀土光谱分析的影响进行了研究,并测得各种离子存在时的光谱激发温度及六种阳离子盐类对稀土离子(原子)在电孤中停留时间及扩散系数的影响,由稀土矿样的测定结果证明用KCl做缓冲剂是令人满意的。 The effects of some cations and anions on the intensities,the stabilizing of the arc temperature as well as the securing of a smooth burn were investegated systematically.This paper discoursed upon the effect of cations on diffusion coefficient and the influence of spectral buffer on the arc temperature.This investegation indicated that the effect on transit time and diffusion coefficient is very remarkably.It can be noticed that the transit time relates to the inoization,potential of the atoms of metals and their atomic weight.The arc-temperature was measured by the slope method in the presence of rare earth elements and the results are as follows.KC1(4.54±0.10)×10^(3)K,CsCl(4.67±0.10)×10^(3)K,Li_(2)CO_(3)(4.85±0.10)×10^(3)K,BaCO_(3)(4.83±0.10)×10^(3)K,Sr(NO_(3))_(2)(4.85±0.10)×10^(3)K,CaF_(2)(4.73±0.10)×10^(3)K,PbCl_(2)(4.62±0.10)×10^(3)K.Under the excitation conditions,cations located on the left-hand depress the spectral line intensities of those on the right-hand in the following sequence K,Cs,Li,Ba,Sr,Ca,Pb,Ag,Cu.The diffusion coefficients of rare earth elements are La:4.23cm^(2)/sec.,Sm:4.80cm^(2)/sec.,Eu:4.13cm^(2)/sec and Yb:5.19cm^(2)/sec.in D.C.arc and in the presence of KC1 buffer.KC1,the best spectral buffer,was selected,which can greatly increase the line intensities of rare earth clements and depress the emission of background.The results obtained from seventeen samples of rare earth elements arc satisfactory.
