人民教育家朱刚办学实践中的延安精神研究

Research on Yan'an Spirit in the Practice of Running Schools by People's Educator Zhu Gang

人民教育家朱刚一生勤于办学,功勋卓著,被誉为“当代陶行知”。朱刚在少年时代即受到陶行知教育思想的启蒙,青年时代在“一二·九”运动中觉醒,抗日战争爆发后挈妇将雏奔赴延安。朱刚是延安时期抗大第四期学员,抗大毕业后他受到毛泽东“教育工作就是革命工作,是非常光荣的工作”思想的感召,走上了发扬延安精神和抗大精神,运用陶行知教育思想改造旧教育、创造新教育的康庄大道。朱刚一生奉献教育70年,在抗日战争和解放战争时期,他至少担任过6所学校或教育行政部门的负责人,南京解放后他在南京主持或创办过6所学校,尤以在改革开放初期创立新中国第一所职业大学——金陵职业大学著称于世。朱刚的教育思想和办学实践中的延安精神,对于在金陵职业大学基础上发展而来的金陵科技学院建设国内高水平新兴应用型大学,仍有重要的启示和借鉴意义。

Zhu Gang,people's educator,has devoted himself to running schools in all his life and made outstanding contributions.He is known as“Contemporary Tao Xingzhi”.Zhu Gang was enlightened by Tao Xingzhi's educational thoughts in his teens,and awakened in the December 9th Movement in his youth.After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,he took his wife and son to Yan'an.Zhu Gang was a student of the fourth period of the Chinese People's Counter-Japanese University of Military and Political Studies in Yan'an.After graduating from the university,he was inspired by Mao Zedong's thought that“education is no other than revolutionary work and a very glorious task”,which embarked him on a broad road to carry forward the spirits of Yan'an and the Counter-Japanese University,to apply Tao Xingzhi's educational thoughts to transforming the old education and creating a new one.Zhu Gang dedicated his life to education for 70 years.During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation,he served as the head of at least six schools or educational administration departments.After the liberation of Nanjing,he presided over or founded six schools in Nanjing,especially in the early stage of reform and opening up,founding of New China's first vocational university—Jinling Vocational University is well-known in the world.Zhu Gang's educational thoughts and Yan'an spirit in the practice of running schools still have important enlightenment and reference significance for Jinling Institute of Technology,which was developed on the basis of Jinling Vocational University,to build a high-level emerging application-oriented university in China.
