突发事件下大型客机“主—供”模式协同研制进度管理研究

摘要 大型客机研制是一项复杂的系统工程,主要采用“主制造商—供应商”协同研制模式,主制造商和供应商共担研发成本和风险。当协同研制过程中发生突发事件时,进度计划的优化调整成为需要解决的首要问题。从进度计划管理的角度,对大型客机协同研制进程中的突发事件及其可能导致的风险进行识别,利用“S”曲线图分析法和横道图比较法对实际进度进行调整,以有效应对突发情况,降低风险,减少损失。 The development of large passenger aircraft is complex system engineering.The collaborative development mode of main manufacturer-supplier is mainly adopted,in which the manufacturer and the supplier share research and development costs and risks.When emergencies occur in the process of collaborative development,the optimization and adjustment of schedule becomes the first problem to be solved.From the perspective of schedule management,the emergencies and possible risks in the collaborative development process of large passenger aircraft are identified,and S curve analysis method and the transverse chart comparison method are used to optimize and adjust the actual progress in order to effectively respond to emergencies and reduce risks and losses.
