非甾体抗炎药对老年服用者胃肠功能的影响

Effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on gastrointestinal function in elderly users

目的分析非甾体抗炎药对老年服用者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月许昌市人民医院收治的110例胃肠道外症状和疾病的老年患者,根据是否服用非甾体抗炎药分为两组,观察组(51例)患者皆服用过非甾体抗炎药,参照组(59例)患者皆未服用过非甾体抗炎药。观察并比较两组患者的胃肠功能的改变。结果治疗30 d后,观察组的胃肠道不良反应发生率(58.82%,30/51)高于参照组(5.08%,9/59),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.691,P<0.05)。观察组30例出现胃肠道不良反应,在30例患者中,有25例患者的幽门螺杆菌检测为阳性,阳性检出率为83.33%(25/30);参照组幽门螺杆菌没有被检出,阳性检出率为0.00%;观察组幽门螺杆菌阳性率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=38.421,P<0.05)。观察组甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖链抗原12-5(CA12-5)、铁蛋白(SF)水平明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非甾体抗炎药的使用的确能够增加老年服用者胃肠功能的不良反应发生率,在临床中用药须谨慎。

Objective To analyze the effect of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on gastrointestinal function of elderly users.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,110 elderly patients with extragastrointestinal symptoms and diseases in Xuchang People’s Hospital were selected.They were divided into two groups according to whether they took NSAIDs or not.The observation group(51 cases)had taken NSAIDs,and the control group(59 cases)had not taken NSAIDs.The changes of gastrointestinal function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 30 days of treatment,the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group(58.82%,30/51)was higher than that of the control group(5.08%,9/59),and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=20.691,P<0.05).In the observation group,30 patients had gastrointestinal adverse reactions.Among the 30 patients,25 patients were positive for Helicobacter pylori,the positive detection rate was 83.33%(25/30).Helicobacter pylori was not detected in patients of the control group,the positive detection rate was 0.00%.The positive rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=38.421,P<0.05).The levels of AFP,CEA,CA19-9,CA12-5 and SF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can indeed increase the incidence of adverse reactions of gastrointestinal function in elderly users,so we should be cautious in clinical medication.
