丁烯-1异构化复杂反应动力学

摘要 MoBiP1∶8/SiO_(2)催化剂的X衍射实验证实存在BiPO4物相,用吸附指示剂正丁胺滴定法测定了催化剂显中等强度酸性。催化剂上吸附吡啶的红外光谱实验证实催化剂存在质子酸和Lewis酸中心。用脉冲法测定了丁烯-1及丁烯-2的吸附热。用玻璃外循环无梯度反应器研究了MbBiP0.8/SiO_(2)催化剂的丁烯-1异构化动力学。动力学方程服从丁烯异构化三角反应的L-H机理。用线性最小二乘法估计简化的L-H机理动力学方程中的参数,法方程的系数矩阵的条件数高达10^(8)。用正交设计法估计了丁烯-1异构化复杂反应动力学方程中的参数得到满意的结果。 The existence of phase of BiPO4 was proved by the X-ray powder patterns of MoBiP1.8/SiO2 catalyst. The acidity of the catalyst was titrated by n-butyl-amine with the method of adsorption of colored indicators.The catalyst exhibited moderate acidity. The, presence of Bronsted and Lewis acids of the catalyst was discriminated by the infrared spectroscopic method of pyridine adsorption on the catalyst. The heats of adsorption of butene-1 and butene-2 were determined by the pulse method. The kinetics of isomerization of butene-1 over MoBiP1.8 /SiO, catalyst has been investigated by the flowrecirculation glass non-gradientness reactor. The kinetic equations obey the L-H mechanism of triangular reaction of isomerization of butene. When the parameters of simplified kinetic equation of L-H mechanism were estimated by the linear least square method, the condition number of coefficient matrix of norm equation was more than 108. The parameters of complex kinetic equations of isomerization of butene were estimated by the method of orthoganal design and fine results were obtained.
