摘要
本文研究了原始凝胶组成为5Na_(2)O·Fe_(2)O_(2)·(20-150)SiO_(2)·(800-6000)H_(2)O·(30-100)1,6-己二胺体系晶化过程中固相、液相Fe^(3+)的存在状态,硅酸根离子聚合状态,1,6-己二胺失重情况,固相粒度变化及液相SiO_(2)变化情况。
In the course of the crystallization of Fe,Si-ZSM-5 type zeolite with the initial gel composition of 5Na_(2)O·Fe_(2)O_(2)·(20-150)SiO_(2)(800-6000)H_(2)O·(30-100)1,6-HDA we studied the states of existence of Fe^(3+) ions and of polymerization of silicate anions in the solid and the liquid,loss of weight of 1,6-hexadiamine,changes in particle size of solid phase and SiO_(2) in the liquid using ESR,TMS-GC,TG-DTA,electronic microscopy and chemical analysis.
