摘要
本文报道了用相转移催化法合成双酚S型聚芳酯的实验结果,对聚合条件进行了讨论。结果表明,用季胺盐作相转移催化剂,在30℃下可以得到高分子量的产物。这种双酚S型聚芳酯具有较好的透明度,优异的电性能,甚至在150℃下,力学性能也很好。可见光透过率87%;室温屈服强度637kg/cm^(2);T_(g) 208℃;介电常数击;穿电3.6压150kV/mm。
In this paper,we reported the experimental results of synthesis of bisphenol-Spolyarylester by phase transfer catalysis technique as well as the monomer preparation.The effect of the same factors on polymerization was discussed.It was shown that it was possible to prepare bisphenol-Spolyarylester with high molecular weight using quaternary ammonium salt as a phase transfer catalysis at 30℃.The bisphcnol-Spolyarylester exhibited excellent transparency,electronic properties,especially mechanical properties even at 150℃.Transmittancy of visible light is 87%,tensile yield stress of room temperature 637 kg/cm^(2),T_(g) 208℃,dielectric constant 3.6,breakdown voltage 150 kV/mm.
