摘要
应用穆斯堡尔效应实验对焙烧过程中球团的矿相变化及铁离子的赋存情况进行了研究,进一步了解了焙烧化学。实验过程球团原料由88.2%的浬渚精矿,10%的闲林埠精矿和1.8%的膨润土组成。
Mössbauer Spectra of the agglomerates are studied.The results show that the relative content of Fe_(3)O_(4)and α-Fe_(2)O_(3)in the agglomerates during the sintering is computed,the remained Fe_(3)O_(4)is higher in the agglomerates because the(Mg,Al,Fe_(3)O_(4))has formed with metal ions Mg and Al getting into Fe_(3)O_(4)lattice and replacing Fe^(2+)ions in the sintering and there are a little or absent iron atoms in the pyroxene of agglomrates.
