摘要
为考察大蒜素与水溶肥复配对作物生长和防治根结线虫病的效果,以番茄为试验对象开展了盆栽试验。在水溶肥中分别添加质量分数0、1%、3%、6%、10%的大蒜素,稀释250倍后进行冲施,测定株高、茎粗、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、单株茎叶鲜质量和单果质量等指标,并计算植株病情指数及相对防治效果。结果表明:冲施大蒜素与水溶肥复配的番茄与未添加大蒜素的相比,其株高、茎粗、SPAD值、单株茎叶鲜质量和单果质量均有所提高,降低了病情指数;综合各项指标,水溶肥中添加质量分数6%的大蒜素对促进番茄生长发育和防治根结线虫病效果较理想。
In order to investigate the effect of combination of allicin and water-soluble fertilizer on crop growth and root knot nematode disease control,pot experiment on tomato is carried out.The mass fraction of 0,1%,3%,6%and 10%allicin is added to the water-soluble fertilizer,diluted 250 times,and then fertigated.The indexes such as plant height,stem diameter,relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value),fresh weight of single stem and leaf and single fruit weigth are measured.The plant disease index and relative control effect are calculated.The results show that compared with the tomato without allicin,the plant height,stem diameter,SPAD value,fresh weight of stem and leaf per plant and single fruit weight of tomato with allicin and water-soluble fertilizer are improved and the disease index is reduced as well.The results show that the addition of allicin with a mass fraction of 6%in water-soluble fertilizer have an ideal effect on promoting the growth and development of tomato and resisting root knot nematode disease.
