变压吸附脱碳装置排放气硫含量超标原因及改造措施

摘要 80 kt/a合成氨装置造气原料由焦炭改用煤棒后,由于煤棒硫含量高,变压吸附脱碳装置排放气中硫含量超标。针对存在的问题,增设脱硫装置,采用活性炭脱硫剂一次性使用法,吸附脱除变压吸附脱碳装置排放气中的硫。活性炭脱硫装置投运后,变压吸附脱碳装置排放气中硫的体积分数由1.0826×10^(-4)降至1.14×10^(-6),达到了改造的目的。 After 80 kt/a synthetic ammonia plant gas production raw material is changed from coke to coal rods,due to the high sulfur content of coal rods,the sulfur content in the exhaust gas from the PSA decarbonization unit exceeds the standard.In connection with the existing problem,a desulfurization unit is added and a one-time use method of activated carbon desulfurizer is adopted to adsorb and remove sulfur from the exhaust gas of the pressure swing adsorption decarbonization unit.After the activated carbon desulfurization unit is put into operation,the mass fraction of sulfur in the exhaust gas of the pressure swing adsorption decarburization unit decreases from 1.0826×10^(-4) to 1.14×10^(-6),achieving the purpose of transformation.
