本文合成了两个未知氯代膦酰基丙酸甲酯和十四个新化合物,初步测定了这些化合物部分样品的生物活性。

Fourteen new compounds with the general formula EtOP(O)(NHR')CH_(2)—CHRCO2Me(R=H,CH3;R'=H,i-C_(3)H_(7),n-C_(3)H_(7),n-C_(4)H_(9),Ph,PhCH_(2),p-BrC_(6)H_(4),p-MeC_(6)H_(4),o-MeC_(6)H_(4),3,4-Cl_(2)C_(6)H_(3),PhNH,CH_(2)CH_(2)OGH_(2)—CH_(2))haye been prepared by the reaction of methyl chlorophosphinoylpropanoate with various amines and identified by means of elemental analysis,lR and ^(1)H NMR.Results from the preliminary biological tests showed that some of the compounds have weak inhibitory effects to the growth of barnyard grass,but increased the weight of rape significantly.
