摘要
研究了盐酸溶液中AuCl_(4)^(-)在MET-802(相当于AmberliteXAD-7)树脂上的吸附平衡和柱穿透过程。测算出0.25~1.00mol/L盐酸范围内AuCl_(4)^(-)对Cl^(-)的选择系数,确认AuCl_(4)^(-)在柱穿透时的传质为液膜扩散主控,液膜厚度6=5.8×10^(-2)(v)^(-0.65),与AuCl_(4)^(-)的浓度及树脂粒度无关,HETP服从Snyder方程h=1.8×10^(2)γ0(v)^(0.35)。
The adsorption equilibrium and breackthrough process of AuCl_(4)^(-) in the medium of hydrochloric acid on MET-802 (corresponding to Amberlite XAD-7) has been studied.In the range of 0.25mol/L-1.00mol/L HCl the selectivity coefficients of AuCl_(4)^(-) to Cl- have been calculated from the experimental values. It has been confirmed that transfer of AuCl_(4)^(-) in the breackthrough process is main-controlled by the film diffusion process.The thickness of film δ = 5.8×10^(-2) (v)^(-0.65), which is independent of both the concentration of AuCl_(4)^(-) and the size of the resin. HETP is followed by Snyder equations h= 1.8 ×10^(2)(v) ^(0.35) .
