摘要
近年来,胶束增敏作用在分光光度法中的应用,已有不少研究.但关于微乳液在分光光度分析中的应用,迄今尚未见报道,本文研究了以负离子型微乳液为介质时,对硫氰酸铁(Ⅲ)的影响.结果表明,与以水为介质相比,微乳液有显著的增敏作用,从而提高了用硫氰酸铁(Ⅲ)测铁的灵敏度。
The effect of anion microemulsion SDS/n-C4H9OH/n-C7H16H2O as a medium on Ferric-Thiocyanate complexes is studied at 20℃.The results show that the maximum absorption wave λ maxbalhochromic shift and the sensitivity is raised in comparison with water as a medium when the three kinds of microemulsions are used as the medium respectively such as O/W,W/O and transitional structure between them,hut the W/O microemulsion is the best medium.And theλmaxba-thochromic shift 20nm and the sensitivity is enhanced about one time when the W/O microemulsion containing 20% water is used.
