摘要
本文在测量了萤光量子效率、确定了水相丁基罗丹明B-锑磷钼蓝多元缔合物萤光熄灭法测锑条件的基础上,系统研究了七种非离子表面活性剂(简写作NIS)对此缔合物的增溶作用、激发、发射光谱和萤光强度的影响,测定了溶液中NIS的临界胶束浓度(C.M.C.)。认为NIS使缔合物及染料的萤光加强是由于NIS对二聚的染料分子的解聚作用。
On the basis of definite conditions of the determination of antimony with butyl Rhodamine B-antimophosphomolybdenom blue ion-associate(I-A)by fluorescence quenching method,the influence of seven N1Son the fluorimetric properties of I-Awas studied and the critical micelle concentration of nonionic surfactant(NIS)was determined.In the presence of NISthe enhancement in the fluoresence dye and I-Ais due to the disaggregation of aggregutaed dye molecules by NIS.
