肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者种植修复后邻接触丧失的影响因素分析 被引量:2

Influencing factors of interproximal contact loss in patients with Kennedy classⅢmolar defect after implant restoration

摘要 目的观察肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者种植修复后邻接触丧失的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年10月于南阳南石医院口腔科接受种植修复治疗的87例肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者的临床资料,所有患者修复后均接受1年康复随访,且随访资料完整。根据随访资料,统计患者修复后邻接触丧失发生情况。经单因素、多因素分析研究导致肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者种植修复后邻接触丧失的影响因素。结果 87例肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者中29例发生邻接触丧失,发生率为33.33%。邻接触丧失、未丧失肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者缺损位置、修复前磨牙缺损时间、邻牙牙根数目比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,上颌缺损、修复前磨牙缺损时间短、邻牙单根牙是肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者种植修复后邻接触丧失的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论肯氏Ⅲ类磨牙缺损患者种植修复后部分伴有邻接触丧失风险,可能与患者上颌缺损、修复前磨牙缺损时间短、邻牙单根牙有关。 Objective To observe the influencing factors of development of interproximal contact loss in patients with Kennedy classⅢmolar defect after implant restoration.Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with Kennedy classⅢmolar defect who received implant restoration in Department of Stomatology,Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang from March 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were followed up for 1 year after repair,and the follow-up data of them were complete.According to the follow-up data,the occurrence of interproximal contact loss was counted.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to find out the influencing factors of interproximal contact loss in patients with Kennedy classⅢmolar defect after implant restoration.Results Among 87 patients with Kennedy classⅢmolar defect,29 cases had interproximal contact loss,and the incidence was 33.33%.There were significant differences in defect location,defect duration before restoration,root adjacent teeth between patients with and without interproximal contact loss after implant restoration for Kennedy classⅢmolar defect(P<0.05).And the results of Logistic regression analysis showed that maxilla defect,short time to repair premolar defect,and adjacent single root teeth were the influencing factors of interproximal contact loss in patients with Kennedy classⅢmolar defect after implant restoration(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions A part of patients with Kennedy classⅢmolar defect have the risk of developing interproximal contact loss after implant restoration,which may be related to the maxillary defect,short time to repair the defect of premolar,and adjacent single root teeth of patients.
