摘要
主要介绍了本项目采光顶钢结构概况,在对比传统耗时耗力、成本高且荷载较大的落地式脚手架基础上,提出搭设钢丝网平台作为采光顶钢结构的施工操作平台。详细介绍了钢丝网施工平台设计、施工工艺以及其稳定性计算。实践表明,通过钢丝网施工平台很好地解决了高空采光顶钢结构施工问题,有利于楼层内各专业工序穿插作业。
The general situation of the skylighting roof steel structure of this project is mainly introduced. On the basis of comparing the traditional time-consuming,labor-intensive,costly and large-loaded floor-standing scaffolding,it is proposed to build a steel wire mesh platform as construction operation platform for skylighting roof steel structure. The design,construction technology and stability calculation of the steel wire mesh construction platform are introduced in detail. Practice has shown that the steel wire mesh construction platform has solved the problem of high-altitude daylighting roof steel structure construction,which is conducive to interspersed operation of various professional processes in the floor.
