摘要
在建设工程活动中,屋面太阳能基础随主体结构一次浇筑成型具有工序复杂、模板定位加固难、模板损耗大、防水施工细部处理复杂、卷材损耗大、防水层难以闭合、渗漏隐患大等缺点。通过优化太阳能基础形式,将预制基础置于屋面防水层之上,使基础预留钢筋与通长受力钢筋绑扎连接,再与防水保护层内的钢筋网片绑扎连接,可有效解决预制基础定位难、加固难和抗拔力不足的问题,节约大量模板和防水卷材,且防水施工极为便利,减少了渗漏隐患,施工质量和经济效益明显提高。
In the construction activities,the solar roof foundation is poured and formed with the main structure at one time,which has complicated procedures,difficult template positioning and reinforcement,large template loss,complicated waterproof construction details,large coil loss,difficulty in closing the waterproof layer,and hidden dangers. The general optimization of the solar energy foundation form,the prefabricated foundation is placed on the roof waterproof layer,and the reserved steel bars of the foundation are tied and connected with the full-length stressed steel bars,and then tied to the steel mesh in the waterproof protective layer,which can effectively solve the difficult positioning of the prefabricated foundation,reinforcement difficulties and insufficient pull-out resistance problems,saving a large number of templates and waterproof coiled materials,at the same time waterproof construction is extremely convenient,and leakage hazards are reduced,and construction quality and economic benefits are obvious.
